Since the downtime ~2 weeks ago, the privacy that I paid for has still not been added. I had it before the downtime, but it's not been re-added since. I've sent 3 e-mails using Contact Us, but no response.

I haven't even been notified of why I am not getting something I paid for ~3 weeks ago?
