Premium Domain purchases taking forever and refunds have deductions with no reason provided

Our experience in buying a premium domain has so far been so bad. We bought a premium domain more than 21 days ago, dynadot Support still does not know when the order will be completed and the domain transferred to us. They refuse to provide expectation when this will be resolved.

They also do not refund the whole amount of money paid for previous failed payment verification attempts.

There is a good chance the people running dynadot are doing a scam!
