I  created my website off ligne with microsoft frontpage , now that I want to publish it , it asks me my ftp log info . I tried "help" on dynadot page and it say this "scrol down to "Dynadot Hosting" box  and click edit .... I cant find this on this website . I looked for it everywhere . I will go mad .plz help.

Our Web Hosting plans start at $11.99.  The domain name is just the name itself, the Web Hosting is where your files are stored.  If you want to build a website, you need both a domain name and Web Hosting.  Once you purchase Hosting, your Web Host will provide you with FTP details.  

All domains that you register with Dynadot are parked by default.  We do this so that your visitors don't see a "Page not Found" page.  

If you don't want that page to be displayed, you simply need to change the DNS settings

what do mean by I didnt buy any hosting from dynadot . For what I payed $9 then ? and why www.handicapdream.com is parked ? plus , I cannot see the domain snapshot online !!! I dont what service is this !!! there is no help and no support . I need my ftp log infos and I need names of the server to see my website otherwise I better change this hosting .

You haven't purchased any Hosting from Dynadot.  If you want to purchase Hosting, you can do that here:

normally the ftp logins should be showen from your hosting provider controle panel.

and it 80% something like that :

ftp.WriteHereYourDomaineName.YourLTD

ex : ftp.boumia.com

the password and the username should be the same as your controle panel informations.



try this and if it's not working contact your hosting provider and ask them to give you the ftp logins.
