Please response my email about losing domain

Hello,

I emailed you about my losing domain after registered. You replied 2 of them then have not replied any more. I need to know about status of my domain. I need to use it but you don't reply.

I know you are a big company, you should reply every email.

Our Engineers are still working on adding that domain to your Dynadot account.

We haven't received any emails from you since March 11.  If you've sent any since then, can you resend?

I still not get any response about my domain (mywebid.me). I registered but it is not listed at my account.
