Your support is a fraud.  Noone is behind the phone, even though it says.  we may be helping another customer.  This just a lie!

And your support after 2 days downed my entire site not ensuring I get my certificates renewed.  And they respond with just answer our email.  And we did many times.  We paid you, and we are now down.

This whole customer support is total crap.
