"I'm sorry, but it appears that this photo ID is invalid. We have cancelled order #187967 and refunded your payment back to your Paypal account."

why is it invalid ? i sent you a copy after my passport how you instructed me to do ...

"Please send us a copy of your photo ID (drivers license or passport)."

i don't get it ... what's the problem ? how can i get back my domain and my account ?

As stated in our email, the photo ID you have sent us appears to be invalid. That is why your order was cancelled.
