order not being processed

Hello,

We've submitted order 1801034 well over 24 hours ago, and the status is still "processing". There hasn't been any message about credit card issues, or anything else standing in the way - just the order hanging. The chat support is offline. Please do get the order processed or provide a believable explanation why it isn't being processed, we're really getting problems because of such slow and glitchy functioning of registration.

Your order required manual approval since we requested the phone number verification.  Thank you for completing it.  The order has completed now.
