order not being processed

We've submitted order 1791779 well over 2 hours ago, and the status is still "processing". There hasn't been any message about credit card issues, or anything else standing in the way - just the order hanging. The chat support is offline. Please do get the order processed or provide a believable explanation why it isn't being processed, we're really getting problems because of such slow and glitchy functioning of registration

Sorry for the delay.  The majority of our system is automated and most orders finish almost instantly.  However, there are a few orders that do require a few extra steps before they can be completed.
