And looking at the time and date of your post 7:51pm PST, it took you 10 hours and 51 minutes to make a post.  

Why don't you offer some kind of compensation to your customers who have lost an entire days business?

We had problems with our name servers used for our Advanced Hosting. The issue has been resolved. All sites should be working properly now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Sorry, we weren't able to get to the forums until now. We have been busy replying to emails, phone calls, and chats regarding this issue.

We are past "not really liking this".  Our main issues seems to be that we need Dynadot to release our domains before we can move them to another hosting company.  And as we cannot even get through to them, this is impossible.

We have lost an entire day of business across 10 web sites.  Lets only hope that this does not cause a temporary drop in ranking from Google.
