We responded to emails from you on December 26, December 29 and January 2.
Since you are transferring your domain to a Registrar in China, you need to contact the customer support team at your new Registrar and ask them to email the .CN central registry to manually process the transfer.
It look like the support taking long holiday. I noticed no one around from Dynadot's staff, not in forum, not in email support. Haven't try phone support yet. Anyone know about the holiday schedule for Dynadot's staff?
