Hello,

I've been forced to use a different registrar in many cases when premium donuts domain names drop.  It is indicated that the domain is a premium donuts domain but still lists it at the normal price.  When attempting to purchase it will charge the card but report that there is a problem with the purchase.  The money is always refunded so that is fine. The real problem is when these names drop, I want to register them as quickly as possible and I can't, so that forces me to another registrar.

It has been going on for some time now, and with multiple extensions.  Is there any hope to get this issue fixed so I can use my favorite registrar to get these names?

Unfortunately, we sometimes don't know (or don't receive) an updated premium list of domains so our system doesn't know a domain is supposed to be premium until we try to register it. As soon as we receive an updated list, we try to reflect that in our search as quickly as possible.
