New Dynadot .US Deletion Policy?

Beginning April 1, we will be charging $1.00 to grace delete .US domains.

What time specifically and exactly (with time zone)?! Will domains registered before April 1st be allowed to be deleted for free. Please clarify the policy.

The new .US deletion policy took effect on April 1, 2012 12:01am PDT. Domains that were requested to be grace deleted prior to that should still be deleted for free.
