apparently they don't care what their customers think of their website. This ugly site has been up for awhile now and a ton of us have complained about how UGLY it is and how hard on the eyes it is, but yet they still keep it up.

I like the design but agree with some of the comments. I think the contrast between the dark gray and lighter bottom half makes it a bit uneasy on the eyes. How Black is the dominant color for one thing. There is an elegance about white space. By the same token there is something pinched and oppressive about black.
It's no fault of DynaDot's but HTML works in rectangles. The checkerboard of rectangles seems a bit like a ransom note made out of words clipped from magazines.
Signing in to my account took a moment or two to figure out where to go and that the control was dynamic. I imagine I'd get used to it though.
As I said elsewhere, I came away from the site feeling discouraged.
