Name given, and name taken away ?

I thought id post this in here just incase my contact emails werent read first.

I purchased a domain name 4-5 days ago, set its nameservers, spent days setting up my website, and i got the final email today saying it had been set up , but in the same email, said id been recreditted the payment, and the domains been taken away from me !! i cant re-buy it because i havent been credited enough.

Is this a normal thing to happen ?? im very confused.

The domain was actually auto grace deleted.

Our system is showing the deletion happened on September 30 at about 1 am.

i thought for a moment it had been auto grace deleted , because the cost was 8.99 and is now credited 8.79, as theres a charge .20 for grace deleting, but a/i never did, and b/the email states its been registered and moved to my account? which implies it went through and has been added to my account..

i really need this fixing as its important to me to be fixed.
