I have a fairly new domain here, and this afternoon, it started bouncing mail. The 2 servers which sent the mail were refused. "not on the approved list" RCPT stuff.
I sent a test email to your email address and it was delivered successfully.
This happens when a customer who has ordered Web and Email Hosting, tries to also use our "Email Forwarding Settings" box.
If you have Web and Email hosting and want to forward your email to another email account, please use the "Delivery Options" box that is shown in your Inbox:
well, at least two of the three were working this morning. I am quite certain that my main personal mail handler is not doing anything. Verizon, is another kettle of fish.

Sounds like you're trying to use a mail relay. Many mail servers refuse these by default to reduce the chances of them being used for spamming by third parties.
When I moved my domains here from NoDaddy, I found that their mail services wouldn't work with domains I had registered here, which used a mail redirect I tried to set up in my DNS settings for the domain.
