My account got blocked?

Hm, i registered just before minutes and bough a domain, then i saw that domain editing is locked, i hit to unlock, then offer me the birthday/qusetions i enter it and click - nothing happen, klick again - nothing happen again. then show mu ur account is locked coz of too many attepms... and i did birthday reset and tehs system tell me allow 2 buissnes days, so what this mean. How to use mine domain?\
There is 1 error
Account lock can no longer be turned off.

It can take up to 2 business days for our management team to review your request, however it won't take that long in most cases. Looks like they reset birthday for your account and let you know via email on 2019/11/03 23:30 PST.
