On one hand (and quite correctly) DynaDot has been considering charging a grace period deletion fee because of the drain on system resources. No problems there.
However then they introduce the domain Marketplace. Again no problem there.
BUT without implementing the first item they are asking for absolute trouble.
Why you ask? Now the domain tasters have a second reason to taste domains - firstly from a revenue point of view and again from a sales point of view (and all within a zero charge enviroment) and if after 4.5 days they don't sell and they taste bad - well just delete them. Now more resources will be used by the leaches and again the genuine buyers get hit with the bill.
Solution. Either introduce the fee or no marketplace listing until AFTER the grace period.

It's not the selling of the domain that is the problem. It is the users who register domains - try to sell them and if they do not get a bite delete them for credit BUT then to make it worse do it all again after a minute or two after the deletion
This has 2 repercutions.
1. They as a group hog system resources and saddle normal users with these costs (directly and indirectly) ie extra bandwidth, extra systems and other fees.
2. I personally know of a domain that was purchased and deleted 16 times during grace periods for a total of 63 days of ownership for nothing. This is not in the spirit of the system. ICANN intervened in the end. This is by no means an isolated example.
Finally - technically during the grace period a buyer does not actually own the domain in the true sense of ownership - so if you do not own an item it is illegal to sell it.
Please tell me why? Just to make this game harder? I don't see anything wrong in selling domains in grace period, does buyer lose something if he purchase this domain? No.
