Dear Sir,  
              I have two .com type domains purchased from you first  www.empowersity.com  and second one is                 www.empowercity.com

I have some queries:-

1. Can we create e-mail just like [email protected] ?
2. Can we configure this type of e-mail id in mail client like outlook express ?
3. Can we access the e-mail id [email protected]  through webmail just like webmail.empowersity.com and by entering      e-mail id and password could we be able to compose and send mail to recipients.
4. I tried to solve these problems by chatting on dynadot.com but whenever I log on chat was in off mode.

Please note that I am not just talking about e-mail forwarding to another existing e-mail ID. (If someone mails me at [email protected] , the mail would be forwarded to [email protected])

My query is about domain specific e-mail id creation and configuration in outlook express and it should have the facility to access mail through webmail.
I have name server also, right now I don't want to run website because development is in process but want to access e-mail id. (Hosting control panel provides facility to creation of mail ids and configuration in mail client and accessing mail through webmail)
=> I have also another domains purchased from another registrars, in their domain control panel I have solution of everything.
=> If domain control panel provided by another registrars or reseller of domain providing all the solutions in Domain Control Panel, I want to konow only since Dynadot is a ICANN accredited registrar, So is it possible in Dynadot Domain Control Panel ?

If yes then how can we do it?

I would be very happy and grateful to you if you provide help and solution regarding above mentioned query.
