Shit happens, but I expect to be informed when it does.

Like today, when many of your DNS servers failed for hours and my clients where left without a website and mail delivery. This was bad, and there was no update nor information what was going wrong from you side.

This is not acceptable, there is no way I could explain this f**up to my clients, because its not in their domain - but its in yours !!

Thanks for being responsive on this issue Dynadot.

Everything breaks (at least occasionally) at scale.

In order to deal with such events, we need to know about them asap.
