Important: Contact form and information "domain for sale"

I ask for adding a contact form on a parking site
There is a sentence: ""This domain is parked free, courtesy of Dynadot.com $8.99 domains, $2.00 privacy, $1.00 hosting, $19.99 ssl certs" on a parking site.
There should be a big link to a contact form.

There should be also a information, that a domain is for sale.

Second option
I ask for a contact sale panel, which we could set on a domain, instead of a parking site, if we dont want to use a parking service.
