I Think I was treated badly

I received an e-mail that I should verify my Credit card because I have not done that my account was disabled. I was quite sad initially but I got over that later.
I know you guys are trying to prevent fraud but you should'nt disable my account because of that.

Its already a by-gone issue as I could'nt access my account as I said but and the transactions I talked about went through so lately. Its all good now I'm alright with my account. Your service has been brilliant.

According to our records, your account was never disabled. The verification process was completed and your order was fulfilled. Are you talking about a different account?
