You need to get someone out of hours who actually knows how to fix problems with the servers.
Apple server has been down for >12hrs - no sites, no emails and no support.
Not good enough.
Very bad service for the 21st Century.
Employ some people, There are plenty of unemployed in the USA - employ some to get a more responsive customer support who actually inform the customer, that there is a problem.
Not the customer informing you that there is a problem - Should I bill you for the service call to notify you that there is a problem with your system?
Thank you for posting. We did have technicians working on this throughout the night. The issues stemmed from a power failure and it did take longer than expected to resolve.
We are still a very small company, but we certainly hope to be able to offer greater support hours in the not so distant future. For now, we are limited to 9-6 pacific time.
