I ordered a domain yesterday and in my status it says problem.

order status            Problem

Can you tell me how long this will take?

We are typically pretty quick in getting problem orders resolved, but occasionally there might be a slight delay.

Contact the staff with the domain name and details , I think they will resolve your problem , Or at least they will let you know what is the problem to solve it !
