Withing the first week I lost all my confidence in Dynadot.
Even after an upgrade to expensive advanced hosting they just not reply on time when you have a serious tech problem thats not my mistake. My website is offline and I really can't afford loosing customers this way, as I am not like them.
Does anyone knows if they will accept and proceed a request to change the nameservers to another company ?
If you for one second think that Dynadot has the lousiest customer service team you must not have tried any of the other providers.
And if you have and like them better... well... that sounds like a personal problem.
Dynadot has the absolute best customer service out there and does a wonderful job at taking care of us. I've had many issues in the past, but everything is always personalized and catered to my needs. They DEFINITELY take care of the customer.
I have domains with ALL the big registrars. ALL will end up with Dynadot.
I 100% agree, dynadot has to have the lousiest customer service team out there. from investigating past posts on the internet it seems they had quite a good reputation, but with my experience and the more recent posts I have been reading,,, they truly treat there customers like krap.. I would tend to think it is some new guy in the customer service dept.I would hope the management takes a good look on the internet to see what is happening to there reputation, and get rid of this creep,, I cant imagine that there policies towards clients has changed that much.
Your lack of serious mail support (just a senseless oneliner, on furter questions I get no answer al all) it's a bloody shame and makes me loose A LOT of valuable time that i could spend on my website.
Take a look at yourself folks, why you don't care about your customers ?
Get a 24/7 free live chatsupport for customers and non-customers, like every self-respecting provider has !
I am moving to another provider already, your lousy attitude made me loose $71 within one week only.
