I cant 'Reset Birthday' on my accounts, need to transfer domains urgently

I have sold some domains to a buyer on 23rd and i still havent been able to transfer domains to him, he is going to file a charge-back soon.


I can't unlock my account with right birthdays i might have entered wrong ones while signing up.


Can support staff reset it for me? I can prove identity by giving transaction Id's for last few transactions.
