I've been trying to enable the anti-theft option on my account.

It verifies the birth date associated with the account successfully, but the option doesn't change – not even when I try it again.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

The Anti Theft Lock turns itself on after an hour.

If you want to manually turn it on, you'd need to press the button to Turn the Anti Theft Lock On, enter your birthdate and then press the button again.
