How long till my domain goes live and i can work on it?

Depends how you paid. If the payment was instant and it wasn't an e-check, you should be ready to go in about 5-10 minutes.

You'll have to add the domain you purchased to your host. Change the name servers to your host's name servers in dynadot and it should be ready to go pretty quickly!
