horrid site, poor browser compatability

The DynaDot site keeps getting worse and there's no obvious reason.

It's not necessary to have thought bubble menus appear on mouse over.  Particularly if it makes the site incompatible with even one browser or browser configuration.  For example, the renew options are "renew once" or "renew automatically" so why force browser incompatibility when an ordinary pull down would work just fine?

Installing Gee-Gaws for their own sake is downright silly.  I'm not sure a registrar needs to be silly -- or that one that short sighted is entirely trustworthy.

The big hope is that some of the competition is improving their Internet site with things like W3C (not Mozilla only) compatibility using plain vanilla HTML4.  Increasingly the competition is doing away with the BS (except in their name <g>) and concentrating on offering good prices and stellar service while DynaDot seems to be going quite the opposite way for the last three years.

And visually DynaDot's site is now something of a black spot like a pirate's flag.  Cruddy aesthetics wouldn't be an issue if the site works and the service is there but...

I think the site looks very nice and it works very well on the latest version of Firefox.
The worst of all is GoDaddy their control panels suck!
