Hello,

I submitted support ticket a few days ago and receive no reply until today. It look like you are on major holiday.

I think you should place an announcement somewhere saying that you are on holiday from ..... until ....., support will available on ......

It give your customers update and not wondering why did not receive any support.

We responded to all of the emails you sent last week either the same day or the following day.  Prior to today, the last emails we received from you were sent on December 29.  We responded to those emails on December 30.
