Does anyone here know how I can add funds to my account
with a money order, without an order number to refer to?
I'm renewing some domains but I don't know what to put
on the letter or money order, since I'm going to renew directly from my account. I hope this makes sense and if not, just let me know and I'll try and explain better.

I have already tried contacting the support twice but I get no answer. I figured that someone here would know what
to do.

You can still create the prepay order. We will ask you to do that anyway once we receive your Money order.

Oh ok, so at least I know that now but I already sent the money order so it's too late to correct my mistake. I took for granted what you had written here:
http://www.dynadot.com/company/payment.html

as pay first THEN order, where it says "We suggest using your money order to pay for an account credit. Then once your account is credited, place an order for what you want. Now your order will be processed instantly." So I put my account name down on the Money Order and letter instead of an order number. I hope that you can still credit my account that way, since you have the account that I'm paying for on it. I'm really sorry, this was completely my mistake.

Hi,

You can place an order, then select "Money Order" as the payment type. Then submit the order and you will get an order number. We will wait for your money order to arrive and then process the order.
