I do not understand what is the problem , the other person has evidence to accusations?
This domain(rotvonline.com) is in my account, so i must use.

We have sent an email to the other person in the dispute but have not heard back. Until both sides come to an agreement, (you and the other party) the dispute will remain open and ongoing.
