this is absolutely bullshit!!
i got my domain paid for it, everything is going good
then it came to the verification by phone thing , i put in my phone details and every thing . i waited on my sms and nothing happen so i tried the call option and still nothing happens . so now even after speaking with some uneducated chap in china who could not help me what so ever i emailed to see what was up , no response .
i cant get a refund and i cant get my domain either. and i also wasted at least 3 hours trying to explain to the Chinese person on my live chat what i needed :(
