Can you change it so that if there's a problem with a grace deletion, it'll automatically retry every every 15 minutes or so instead waiting for someone to manually do it (which I think is what currently happens). Alternatively, you can let the user attempt to delete it again. It currently says "Not a domain registration." if you try to do that. I've spent close to $2,000 over the last couple of months and am getting annoyed by this. I might take my business elsewhere if you can't modify how your system works.
