In my hosting account with NyName, I am given a certain amount of credits for 'Google Adsense'


It is clearly possible for hosting providers to act as middle persons of/for Google adsense, and would love the chance to use it via Dynadot.


I could boost the clicks I get in my revenue parking if I was to have them listed in Google Adsense.


Could be a worthy way to spend my revenue parking.  More customers I get via that website, more income I can pay with and so on and on until I am happy with the income I am getting from that parked domain.
