Possibly 1-building the site first 2-research what you need to have it up and running online 3-then buying the domain / hosting may have worked better in your favour. This way money is not wasted while your site is still not up and your domain and hosting is being paid for.
There are many easy ways to build a site. From Frontpage to Photoshop... even Microsoft Word you can SAVE AS an html page. You can also test your own site on your own computer with a free domain name through NO-IP.com. Or Just test it with your internal IP without using a domain name.
As far as building your site, this is a really good site to get you going as well, if you still need some help: http://www.w3schools.com/htmL/ Good luck.
Thank You Very Much I really Appreciate your Help I will get started today and if i run into any problems with my website ill post a reply here You've been very helpful all the best Jeff
We don't have any templates, however, even if you don't know any HTML, you can still build your own website. You just need to find a good WYSIWYG website builder, most of the good ones will also include templates that you can use.
There is one here that works well with our Hosting
Why do you need an SSL certificate? Typically, you'd only need an SSL if you have secured area of your website or needed a shopping cart. Also, our Web Hosting doesn't currently support SSL certificates, so if you need one for your website, you'd probably be better served with a more advanced hosting provider.
