Game domain name booking registration, free to cancel the reservation, all "Problem".

Game domain name registration, free, and no tips on being canceled? Your service is too self willed, right? Do not know that there is no November before booking a friend to appear such a situation. Don't you have the difference? How to cancel the direct, the original resource is to seize, really annoying. Customer mail does not reply, the phone is not answered.

Thank you for clarifying. Your .GAME preorders are being worked on. We hope to have them back processing as soon as possible. As for the Chinese customer service line, what is the number you're calling? And during what hours of the day?

Reservation status is "Problem", not "Processing".In addition, why China's 400 customer service has been no one answers the phone?

Sorry, can you clarify the problem you are having or was is unclear to you regarding the .GAME extension? Keep in mind preorders will remain in "Processing" status until the extension is launched. If you would like to cancel, please send you cancellation request to [email protected].
