We have many domains with you and usually things work well.

Needed customer service today (Saturday) during your open hours - and could not get help.

You have received thousands of dollars over the years from us....if you don't have customer service on Saturday...just say so....it is frustrating to not get help.  

We are thinking of moving our domains unless customer service improves.
