for sale link on parking pages please

you must take a cut of PPC so you need to encourage people to stay parked with you - and for me the forsale link is important for a parked page

This is on our feature request list. We hope to have it added soon. We plan to have the link take you to your marketplace listing if your domain is set "for sale".
