I can't help but wonder if it's wise to allow this domain to go through an auction when it's clearly a problem waiting to happen. I mean, wouldn't it be better for Dynadot to register dyndadot.com than to maybe have to server a S&D letter later? Definitely an ounce of prevention. :)
Same thing with domains using google, habbo, and digg..
i dont think DynaDot is owning DyndaDot as a trademark, so how can they serve you a cease letter? its just a typo free for all.. the fact that its in the market means someone had it registered here and simply chose not to renew :-) grab it while you can
