I feel stupid asking this, BUT..I cannot see any mail I am sending to my new inbox, I have created users, but only the admin gets the mail and I cannot find it, the admin show 3 emails somewhere, but not in the inbox..confused.

I also sent an email to other email from my admin, but nothing shows..help.

There are two ways you can upload files.

From that same Web Hosting area, if you click on the "My Files" link, you should see a place where you can upload your files.

Since this area only does 1 file at a time, it may not be convenient if you have many files.


The other option is to use a FTP client.

If you click on the "Summary" link, in the bottom green box, you should find your FTP information.  From there, you can try using these steps for ClassicFTP (assuming you don't already have an FTP client you prefer to use).

There are probably emails in your Spam folder.  

"I have created users"

Users are different than email addresses.  You would use an user account to log into webmail and check an address.  

If you want to create an actual email address, you need to go to your Hosting area and click on "Admin" then "Mailbox Admin."

How do I create domain email addresses in my Email plan?

To create domain email addresses for your Email package, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Emails" from the left-side menu bar.
  3. Click on the "Sign In" link. A new page should load in a new browser window.
  4. On the Mailboxes section, located in the bottom left corner of the screen, click the Mailbox icon (Manage Mailboxes).
  5. Click “Create New Mailbox” on the top right corner.
  6. Enter the email address in the provided form.
  7. Press the "Create" button to save your changes.
