Email forwarding slow

Email forwarding is taking 1.5 hours right now...this is unacceptable! I just spoke to one of the support persons & he told me it's running longer than usual. I asked what should it be, & he told me 15 minutes to 1/2 hour.

That's way too long! The correct answer should be seconds.
