email forwarding problems

Since last Thursday my email fowarding has been sporadic. It seemed to improve over the weekend, but it's not working again today, Monday. There have also been a number of other posts about this. Is the problem being looked into? thanks

Yes, our engineers have been monitoring the server.  This is the first complaint we've received today.  We created a URL so that we, and our customers, can monitor the status of this, and other, features.

This also includes a feature to alert an on-call engineer if anything goes down after-hours.
