Many problems with this company. keep away - Johnny z - Oct 24, 2008 This company is full of problems. I had to write to better business bureau and dynadot.com is still causing me problems. Today is October 24th 2008 and my business is not working because email forwarding is not working. When I contacted dynadot.com, instead of treating me like a customer, they treated me like a harrasser. Please keep away from Dynadot.com, they have received 100's of dollars from me and in return I get abuse.
The average consumer is an idiot, proof right here in the forums. Something ceases to function for a bit and it is the end of the world. Guess what? Nothing is fail proof and if they say it is, they are a bunch of liars.
Dynadot is a reputable company, they do the same things they did when they started this business. Give them ample time to work out and shut your yap.
We are currently working on fixing the problem with our email forwarding server and it should be resolved very soon.
User_545: I'm not sure how we are abusing you. We responded to all 4 of your phone calls today. When you initially called, we said we were working on fixing the problem. Dynadot is not targeting you and your domains, our forwarding server is simply overloaded at this point in time.
I LOVE Dynadot! And I refer all my friends, family and network connections to Dynadot! I've used other registrars but Dynadot offers great payment options, easy domain registration, a very new and cool marketplace where domainers can securely sell domains, etc. Plus, they don't shove upsells down your throat and their policies are very clear and easy to find.
I couldn't ask for more. And if you are spamming all the forums here, I'd call you a harasser too! Intelligent persons who put in a customer service request understand that a large company such as Dynadot may take a little time getting back to their clients. If are impatient and start spamming them with 'why haven't you answered me' e-mails, then you deserve to be ignored!
sorry but you are a non-supporter who could lie as well, yep i am a supporter but i wouldnt lie, i dont have an interest to, it doesnt bother me if they win customers or loose some, thats life.. i do care of not being able to quickly check forum activity because the new messages box is filled with spam anyway this discussion wont go anywhere so i wont reply on it anymore :-) wish you better in life john
you really dont get any sympathy from me because spamming all forums is not pretty on my eyes.. i really doubt a human being would go to so much trouble through BBB for $100.. are you competition trying to snatch some clients from dynadot? you sound like please follow regular complaint route, overposting like this doesnt work, we all know dynadot rules as a domain provider
