DYNADOT!! Do whatever you can to MAKE EMAIL FORWARDING WORK!

1. ignore Spamhaus list
2. change email server IP
3. maybe other way

then you can sue them ass off.

Hopefully it will get solved soon, as I do have the same issue.  If it doesn't get solved, too bad so sad I'll just take my business out of Dynadot and go elsewhere

the server that dynadot forwards to is not completely "my server"... it's a shared server, just like dynadot's mail server.  They implement blocking based on spamhaus, and they've told me that if dynadot is listed at spamhaus, then they will block all mail from the dynadot server.

I moved all domains to dynadot because of various problems at my previous registrar... if this goes on for too long, I'll have to move again.

Shit happens.

BUT what I have to say is:

Why you put your own faith on others hand! Your own mail forwaring server reject your own servers IP according to others list. It sounds very stupid for me.

I suggest you simple add your own IP to whilelist, shit do happens, and may happen again.

I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one affected by this.

Our spam policy is outlined here:

What is your Spam Policy?

Dynadot does not allow its services to be used for the transmission of spam. If we receive any complaints about your domain being used to send spam, we will promptly start an investigation. First, you will receive an email warning from us notifying you that we have received a spam complaint for your domain(s), and asking you to stop sending spam.

If you choose to ignore our warning and continue to send spam, we will deactivate your domain or disable your entire Dynadot account (depending on the severity of the situation). You will no longer be able to control the name servers for your domain(s), and instead an error page will appear in its place. You will not receive a refund or an account credit.

To report a domain that has sent spam, please submit a spam complaint.

From Help Section: Domains > What is your Spam Policy?

Based on the list in their bulletin, our servers haven't been used to send any spam, yet they blocked us (all of our servers) anyway.

As of about 2pm today, we have done what we can, with the evidence provided, to have the block removed.  Hopefully they will unblock us soon.
