Dynadot Payments and an unauthorized payment method.

Today I registered new domains with PayPal-no problems.
I made 2 payments to my PREPAY account and paid for an Order which appears as paid on my account page but still shows "processing". I printed out hard copy at 1.15 pm EST Australia and Dynadot had taken the money from my PREPAY and it clearly shows PAID. It is now 3.54 EST Australia and I still do not have a receipt and it is still showing as "processing" yet Dynadot have been PAID and the Order is marked as PAID. In addition another Order is now  showing as being authorized (awaiting) payment from PREPAY! I did not authorize this. I have emailed Dynadot from my email account and I still have NO RECEIPT for the Order PAID FOR from my PREPAY. However, Dynadot took the money (2) payments out of my account in 5 minutes. How much longer do I need to WAIT FOR A RECEIPT FOR AN ORDER PAID FOR FROM PREPAY DYNADOT? I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL FROM MY EMAIL ACCOUNT AND i HAVE HAD NO REPLY. I'D LIKE MY RECEIPT PLEASE AND THE OTHER UNAUTHORIZED method of PAYMENT on the last Order in my Account corrected. Also had shocking problems on the Dynadot Home page. Could the President of Dynadot please ensure I receive my receipt for my PAID Order and rectify the 2nd matter please?

Hello,

Dynadot automatically issues "Order Finished" emails for every order processed.  These emails act as your receipt.  If you'd prefer, invoices can also be printed from within your account.  Please view our help topics for more information on invoices:  http://www.dynadot.com/community/help/search.html?searchstring=invoice&search=Search
