DYNADOT IS CAUSING CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS.

DEAR DYNADOT.  PLEASE READ WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

BBB CASE#: 57129096

This company Dynadot is very unprofessional. I have 28 domain names with them. I have spent several hundred dollars with them. They are not keeping up with their increase of business which is causing our emails to not work or be delayed for several hours.

But they keep advertisting that they provide high-quality email and keep taking our money. Which is unacceptable.

When I contacted them they increased the abuse. First they tried to deny the problem. Then when I sent them proof they admitted to half the problem.

However not once did they apologize or give a respectable explanation.

In Dynadot's own words they told me"

" we have a problem"

That is it. No explanation, no apology. And now they are ignoring me after they took my money.

That borders on fraud and criminal activity. Never give them your business. Companies like Name.com will treat you better and offer you better Customer Service.

Email problem is fixed now. (Actually as of yesterday, but I thought to give it a half day to double-check.)

Fixing this problem is very high on our priority list.  Our hope is that once our update is complete, the problem goes away completely.

Wow...to all of you "satisfied" customers, please reply:

1) Are you using Dynadot's email forwarding?

2) Have you experiences several-hour delays this past week?

I've been checking the headers on emails forwarding through Dynadot, and they are incurring about 2 1/2 hours of delay, vs. emails send directly to us.  This has been going on since at least the middle of last week.

Dynadot has confirmed these email forwarding delays, and say it is because of "growth" and "abusers."

This is not the first time this year this has happened.

A year ago, I would have agreed with the satisfied customers...but not now.  I don't think Dynadot is properly handling their growth.  I wish it were otherwise; I had high hopes for the company.

I like DynaDot and will remain a loyal customer for a long time. My only complaint is that account prepay should take a few minutes and not a few days.

Keep up the good work in all other areas.

same here, im a satisfied customer as well :-) dynadot is great at selling domains and they work for me without a hitch
i dont do hosting with dynadot because i do my own, so i cant tell there, but im recommending them for domains anytime
