I have turned on Dynadot privacy for a domain.

The mail address is [email protected] in whois.

If somebody would like to send a mail to a domain owner.

What should he write in a mail and which mail title should he use.

How long time will it take to deliver this mail to an owner.

For private email, it's best if the domain name is referenced in either the subject or the body of the email.  

During weekdays, private email will be forwarded within 24 hours, though it's usually faster.  On the weekend, chances are the email won't be forwarded to the Registrant until the next business day.
