For Everybody to know :
DYNADOT DOESN'T  KEEP IT'S PROMISE !!
According to email / the site, the doteu promotion was in july and extended in august.

As it ME is concerned that means MIDNIGHT of the 31st.
AT THIS TIME it isn't even midnight.
It's NOW +/- 5 PM PST of the 31st, and I don't get the pricing !

I called to Dynadot and "somebody who doesn't want to say his name" says : Yes, BUT, this ENDS on the 31st not at midnight, but on midnight of the 31st "of the registry".
I replied : "NOWHERE IS THAT MENTIONED".

THIS IS NOT FAIR !

IT IS MENTIONED on the websitre THAT DYNADOT GIVES A PROMOTION in august : then you can assume it is till the 31ST of AUGUST midnight PST !
BUT nowhere it is mentioned that there's a promotion of the registry, and "as a consequence if the promotion ends at a certain time by the registry to Dynadot on the 31ST, sooner then midnight PST", then Dynadot ALSO STOPS giving the promotion.

If Dynadot has an agreement with the doteuregistry, then they should ask the registry that it is until midnight of the 31st, PST, where DYNADOT's offices are !

I told you I have 19-20 domains I wanted to register, DOMAINS that I checked AT THE TIME THAT I SAW THE PRICECHANGE.
I just checked : it is only 16 DOMAINS and they're STILL FREE :
I will send these to Dynadot in an email, and hope you'll give these domainnames at the pricing of the promotion.

This is the 2nd problem in a month, sorry !

I ONLY ASK THESE 16 DOMAINS, BECAUSE IT IS NOT MIDNIGHT YET.
I WAS PLANNING TO REGISTER 100 DOMAINS !!!!!
Because I had several notepads that I was busy chacking for doteus that I have put in these notepads in the past months, (and years) and were checked and FREE to register. SO I would certainly have enterred 100 DOMAINS, because I only wanted to invest 375 USD : 100 domains x 3,75 = 375 USD. (and NOT as NOW = 100 x 8.75 = 875 USD).
BECAUSE NOW IT IS STILL 7 HOURS UNTILL MIDNIGHT THE 31ST of AUGUST SO I COULD and WOULD HAVE REGISTERRED THESE FOR 375 USD, and had still time enough till the end of the day !  

SO MY LOSS IS IN FACT A LOSS OF 100 DOMAINS :
100 DOMAINS x 5 DOLLARS (difference between 875 USD and 375 USD) = 500 USDOLLARS !!,
and NOT ONLY 5 USD x 16  domains = 80 USD, the LOSS I HAVE AT THE TIME I SEE THAT THE PRICE HAS CHANGED.

TO FINISH =
I ONLY ASK YOU to do a GESTURE for these 16 DOMAINS !
And give me the registration of 16 DOTEUDOMAINS at (my slabs) pricing of the promotion, which was 3,75 USD and NOT the 8,75 USD I see now that has to be payed.

I WON'T ACCEPT that you are saying to me ; "you should have registerred them a day before or whatever". Because When I'm 1 hour too late with paying a domainname in the aftermarket I get banned or I can't get the domainname although I call and although I can do the payment.
I asked a while ago specifically for 1 domain in he Aftermarket/deletingmarket that nobody bidded on and biddingtime was only 2 hours over. BUT YOU REFUSED : I WAS 3 hours TOO LATE, it was said to me.

NOW YOU ARE 7, in fact 8 HOURS FINISHING TOO SOON, and breaking a promise to the customers.
The customers don't like such things.

SORRY : BUT 500 USD is a huge amount for me.
I only ask 16 domains that I will send in an email.
I hope I get an email that you WILL GIVE the promotionprice for these 16 domains, so that my LOSS is only 420 USD and not 500 USD, because breaking of promise.

Have a NICE EVENING of the 31st, because we are STILL the 31st for 7 hours.
I won't have such a nice time, because I lost 500 USD, and can't register as much domains as I wanted.

Hope you'll do a gesture.
It's the 2nd time there happens something out of the ordinary in 3 or 4 weeks time.
I don't like this.

HOWEVER : I HAVE TO SAY TO EVERYONE :
Usually I AM VERY PLEASED with DYNADOT'S SERVICES FOR MANY YEARS NOW.
And most of my domains are with Dynadot.

But I find I have to put this here, because it's the 2nd time in a month there's something not right, and the loss is great.

I'll DELETE this WHOLE POSTING (IF POSSIBLE) if Dynadot does a gesture. Even Dynadot may delete this thread if a promotionprice is given for that 16 domains, because I usdually have a very good relation with Dynadot and the services of Dynadot.

You've called us several times in the past year to ask exactly when a sale ended.

Each time you called us, we gave you the exact time the specific sale ended, always indicating that the sale ended at the Registries time and not Dynadot's time.  

So we aren't sure why you think that this promotion would be different, when every other promotion ended at Central Registry time, and you knew that from previous communications with us.  

The .EU sale ended on August 31, midnight in Eurid's time.  By the time you called us, it was after midnight in Eurid's time, therefore, the promotion had ended.

You've also called us in the past asking for quite a few favors, some we have granted, others we couldn't grant.  This is one that we cannot grant.

I'll send the list tomorrow with the 16 domains or in a couple of hours with a referral to this posting on the forum.
I can't reach my email for the moment (or have to go elsewhere to reach it, and I want to do something else for the moment).

Another possibility to do a gesture is giving an IDN-NAME (which I will pay) that I wanted to bid on but was a bit too late (a couple of hours) to do so, because I was asleep to place while the bidding (with no bidders) ended.

As you know (or not) this is a domainname that if coming out of Redemptionperiod, is usually not registerrable anymore, because of a new policy bey Verisign. I hope you can convince Verisign when the name is out of Redemption to make an acception, and give the domainname to me (and I'll pay normal registration), it concerned a .TV-domain). I'll mention the domain in my email also.

It's even so that I would like this gesture the most, even more then the 16 doteudomains at promotionprice. Because it's possible that promotion comes back later, and the doteus are still available to register for me.
