dynadot.com is rubbish?

please look at this picture,

all domains are waiting for payment.

my acccount still has enough balance.

Now my domain got lost.

the domain has been reged by otherone

What a rubbish company!

I am going to transfer my all domains to other company!

What happened was there was a small bug in our system over the weekend, this resulted in a slowdown in our entire order system.  

Our order system should be back up to speed now.  We apologize about the inconvenience.

Did you select payment from your available balance on checkout ?
Also, did you place multiple, consecutive orders for the same domain ? Does not look like a good idea.
Is this a name that you let expire ?
Maybe there is something I don't get quite right.

I had the same problems with a domain, it was available, dynadot 'registered' it but missed it.

I think dynadot needs to set their processing queue faster.

I guess dynadot add a crontab to process all delete order and new domain order in queue every 30 minutes since yesterday.
Because I faced the same problems as same as you.

My Comment: I prefer prompt registration via Web interface instead of putting my domain order in queue.
