Domains not resolving - OUTAGE

DNS appears to be down. OUTAGE. Chat support is not available, Phone support not available. What is going on?

my domains just started resolving. checking SOA at whatsmydns(.)net

correct. all my domains were down from last night around 22pm EST until this 7:50 AM. now everything resolving. Very disappointed. They said it can take up to 3 days to fix "DNS not resolving".
